We choose the following approach : only provide tailored solutions based on an analysis of your needs that would deal with at least 85% of the identified needs.

Why at least 85% ?

  1. Because it’s the least acceptable proportion to make a real difference and match your expectations
  2. But also because if it’s necessary to deliver 5 tools to cover 85% of your needs, and that 12 others are needed to cover the remaining 15%, our choice consists in delivering 5 tools only but to have the time during training and coaching sessions to learn how to use them rather than delivering 17 without any practice
